Gamma was built on a simple belief: the skills that drive individual success are not the same skills that make exceptional leaders in high-pressure environments.
I spent 15 years in sales and trading, beginning my career at Goldman Sachs in London, where I started in a secretarial role before being promoted into the front office. It was an environment where performance was measured daily, trust had to be built quickly, and leadership mattered most when the pressure was highest.
The more successful I became, the more I realized that the skills that drove my individual success were not the same skills required to lead others. Leadership demands something different. Success is no longer measured by what you achieve yourself, but by what you enable in others.
Inspired by that realization, I co-founded EQUALibrium, where I spent a decade coaching senior leaders, developing leadership teams, and partnering with clients to strengthen leadership at every level.
Today, Gamma combines firsthand experience in financial markets with deep experience in leadership coaching and development.
